Specific engagements—advisory, architecture, engineering delivery, or product subscriptions—may be governed by separate agreements. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls.

Who we are

Mordecai is an enterprise engineering firm. We help organizations align technology with business through architecture, integration, automation, and software engineering.

Use of our websites

You agree to use our websites lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise site security or availability
• Scrape or copy content for commercial redistribution without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

Discovery sessions & communications

Booking a discovery session does not create a client engagement. Conversations may cover business context and architecture to determine fit. Any formal work begins only under a written agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, methods, and materials remain Mordecai’s property unless expressly assigned. Client deliverables are handled under the applicable engagement agreement.

Disclaimer

Our websites and public materials are provided for informational purposes. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or suitable for every circumstance. Advice specific to your organization is provided only through a formal engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mordecai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our websites or public materials. Liability for contracted services is defined in the relevant agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our websites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
